Where to put it:
Moraine Sweetgum is a truly unique large shade tree which should be used in open areas of the yard or parkways, and planted at least 15ft from any buildings if possible. The outstanding fall spectacle will instantly make it the focal point of any landscape.
What it needs:
Moraine Sweetgum prefer full sunlight and moist conditions, but will not tolerate standing water. For best results this tree should be planted in good soils and in relatively sheltered locations.
