Armstrong Gold® Red Maple’s slender form of medium-deep green summer leaves will transition to a warm golden-orange in autumn. This improved cultivar has a better overall color, and its more narrow form is recommended for tight/narrow or challenging spaces including the parkway.

Armstrong Gold® Red Maple is a unique Maple variety because of its branch structure, durability and fall color. This beautiful tree has a remarkable columnar growth habit. It's upward sweeping branches are tightly covered with medium-deep green summer leaves that transition to a warm golden-orange in autumn. This particular cultivar has proven to have a brighter, more saturated foliage color, better overall shade density, and is more compact and reliable.

Where to put it:

Armstrong Gold® Red Maple’s improved columnar form makes it extremely versatile in the landscape, especially in challenging spaces. This tree is recommended for the parkway or narrow planting sites.
